The AUDIGITAL® site is a free inventory service by internet provided by AUDIT ONE Auditoria de Sistemas Ltda.

AUDIT ONE® and the site AUDIGITAL® are strongly compromised in maintaining your privacy when you are visiting our site. NO INFORMATION from the user or visitor is collected neither stored. Unless you offer yourself to present your personal data, AUDIGITAL® will not collect information upon which individual visitors might be identified.

On Information Automatically Collected and Stored
The host server of the AUDIGITAL® site automatically collects non personal information. The information usually collected include the name of domain of your internet access provider, the address of your internet protocol (IP) used to connect the computer of the visitor to the internet, the type and version of the user’s browser, the operational system and platform, the average time spent on our site, the pages visited, the information sought, the time of access and other relevant data. The AUDIGITAL® site employs all these information to measure the use of its sites, as well as to manage and improve them.

On Personal Information to be provided by the users, at their own judgment
In order to send questions, suggestions, requests, etc, you will have to provide personal information (such as name, address, phone number and e-mail address) through the form on our contact page. No significant consequence will result if you refuse to submit such information, except the fact that you might not receive the answers you want nor get the information you might ask for.

When sending your personal information to us, it will be considered as you have allowed us to process your personal information, accordingly to what is established in this policy; it is possible that your personal information might be transmitted to our affiliated and/or a third party with the sole objective of accomplishing this procedure.

On Information collected by the Audigital® Inventory Program
The Audigital® Inventory Program (“audigital.exe”), which is downloaded into the user’s machine in order to collect the software and hardware data content f his/her machine collects only the information offered through the registration of the Windows™ operational system. Such information is open and freely offered by the operational system to the knowledge of the user without implying no risk to the user whatsoever.
The Audigital® Inventory Program (“audigital.exe”) has the only assignment of collecting that information and sending them encrypted (safe) to the Audigital® site which processes and organizes them through a simple code script that exists only in the page and will change them into an organized report in PDF format from the company Adobe® Systems Incorporated. It does not save any existing data collected by the program in the user’s machine. The site does not use databank and the whole operation is done on a page code level, therefore, after the report is generated, the data are lost, compelling the user to repeat the operation in case he/she wants to obtain the lost information again.

AUDIT ONE® reserves the right to change this policy at any time. The privacy policy does not create any contractual right or any other legal right with respect to any party or on behalf of the same.
