TERM OF USE AND LICENSE AUDIGITAL®

The AUDIGITAL® site is a free inventory service by web provided by AUDIT ONE Auditoria de Sistemas Ltda.

The purpose of this site is to provide a free service though which the user becomes aware of the hardware components of his/her computer, such as the hard disk capacity, memory capacity, type of network devices installed, among other useful information which can provide security when changing these equipments as well as provides the knowledge of his/her own computer. Also, the inventory system gives USERS of the service the opportunity to know all the software installed in his/her computer, providing a broad overview of the programs that are already installed there as well as its updates.

AUDIT ONE® Auditoria de Sistemas Ltda., entered in CNPJ under number 03.346.935/0001-12, with headquarters at 16 de Julho St., 42, room 603, São João, Porto Alegre – RS, Brazil, sole and exclusive owner of the brand AUDIGITAL® and of the domain www.audigital.com.br from now on called AUDIGITAL®, establishes this TERM OF USE AND LICENSE to USERS according to the described conditions below:

By this Term f Use the user is fully informed and aware that he/she must use the AUDIGITAL® inventory system for use on his/her computer. It is strictly forbidden the commercial use of this inventory system by civil or legal persons who might benefit of the free facilities offered bye AUDIGITAL® site.
The user receives only the right to use the program “audigital.exe”. It will not be transferred to the user of the program or the site any rights referring to the program, in special, the copyright which belong and so will remain belonging exclusively to Audit One® Auditoria de Sistemas Ltda.
The AUDIGITAL® site will freely supply the user with the necessary tools in order to allow him/her to run a software and hardware inventory of his/her computer. Those tools are composed of a basic program of data collection (audigital.exe) and the page of the site to convert the data collected and encrypted by the program into a readable and organized inventory report in PDF format, from Adobe® Systems Incorporated. This inventory may be saved by the user and he/her might use it at his/her own convenience.
The USER can freely and individually use the AUDIGITAL® inventory system, as an individual or as a legal entity, in any computer with the Windows™ platform from Microsoft® in the versions 98 and superior, as well as with the Windows™ Server from Microsoft® in the versions NT and superior.
The USER might use the “audigital.exe” program of data collection as many times and in as many equipments as wished, regarding that he/she uses the AU/DIGITAL® page to convert the data. The encrypted data generated by the program “audigital.exe” are inviolable and may not have their encryption broken under penalty of law.
Since the “audigital.exe” is a portable program, the USER might carry it by any physical means in order to be able to use it, regarding that the AUDIGITAL® page is used to convert the data.
The USER might copy, duplicate and/or send it to an interested third party, providing that the legal demands of this TERM OF USE AND LICENSE are obeyed.
Any attempt, or activities that violates or contravenes the laws of intellectual property rights and/or the prohibitions set forth in these Terms and Conditions, will be liable to appropriate legal action, as well as the penalties laid down in Law and will still be held responsible for reparations for any damage caused.
The AUDIGITAL® site or AUDIT ONE® Auditoria de Sistemas Ltda., are not liable for any damage, injury or loss of equipment of the users site caused by faults in the system, in the server or on the Internet. Neither the AUDIGITAL® site nor the company AUDIT ONE® will be liable for any virus that might attack the USER’s equipment due to access, use or browsing the site on the Internet or as a result of data or files transfer contained in it. USERS can not assign the AUDIGITAL® site or the company AUDIT ONE® no liability or require payment for loss of profit due to losses resulting from technical difficulties or failures in the systems or on the Internet. The AUDIGITAL® site and the company AUDIT ONE® do not guarantee the access and continued use without interruptions to their site. It might be possible that the sometimes the system is not available due to technical reasons or failures on the Internet or by any other condition not related to the AUDIGITAL® site.
The program AUDIGITAL® is an auxiliary and a simple support program. The AUDIGITAL® site and the company AUDIT ONE® Auditoria de Sistemas Ltda. shall not be liable for the accuracy of the data generated by the AUDIGITAL® program, since many technical factors may prevent its normal functioning, such as: firewalls, antivirus, falls, failures or fault on the connections with the Internet, lack of the necessary programs for the submission of reports (for example the Adobe Reader®, Microsoft Internet Explorer®), malfunctioning of the computer, etc.
This web site is owned by AUDITONE® Auditoria de Sistemas Ltda., and its content protected by copyright and trademarks. You can print a single copy of the content for your own personal, noncommercial use, provided that any copy of these documents contains all the advices of copyright and exclusiveness or any terms of warranties therein.
